It is with overwhelming sadness that we announce the death of Jem Sewell, our friend, Pastor and Chair of Trustees of Westbourne Park Family Centre,.

Jem passed away very suddenly on Monday 16th November at home. As there was no warning of this, the shock and disbelief is the pervading emotion for his family, church, family centre and wider community.

Jem has been the Pastor at WPBC and Chair of Trustees at WPFC since 1st October 2012. Over this time he has been committed in care, support and spiritual leadership of the church and family centre. He truly lived out our core value to 'Love God, Love People'.

We have opened a book of remembrance on the table in the Welcome area.

We been closed this week to give time for grieving. We will open 'Acorns' again on Tuesday 24th November.

From Thursday 5th November - 2nd December our Children's and Youth (5-18's) sessions will be paused due to government restrictions. We will be delivering alternative sessions through zoom.
